Supporting Your Child’s Journey Together.
We value families as essential partners in a child's development. Open communication, mutual respect and collaboration are central to our program philosophy. Families are encouraged to share insights, ask questions and participate in their child's early learning journey.
Morning Exploration
The day begins with open-ended play and morning circles, fostering social connections and curiosity through sensory-rich activities.
Daily Schedule & Curriculum
Our day is carefully designed to balance self-directed exploration with structured learning, ensuring every child feels secure and inspired.
Creative Learning
Our curriculum integrates literacy, arts, and early math concepts through project-based learning that values process over results.
Nature & Growth
Afternoons are spent in our garden spaces, followed by quiet rest periods that respect each child's natural rhythms and needs.
An amazing place. Our 4 year old loved Lily Pad. An amazing staff that was patient, kind, and easy to work with. Communication between staff and my wife and I was always very good. Sometimes our son could be a hand full and that never deterred them. They were very willing to work together to find a solution to make sure he had the best experience he could. I can not say how pleased we are about his time here. He has since moved on to T.K. and we know he is well prepared thanks to Lily Pad.
What Our Families Are Saying
We are honored to be a part of your children's early years and value the trust you place in us every day.
Lily Pad is an amazing school! Both my children went there as infants and stayed until they went into kindergarten. The staff is very attentive and caring, and they run a GREAT educational program, which prepared both my children. Ms. Michele and Ms. Marlena have done a wonderful job developing their staff and making Lily Pad stand out from the other preschools in the area. I highly recommend them!
The staff here are excellent. They truely care about their students and their success at the school for all ages. They follow all guidelines from the state regulations and inform parents very well. I would 100% recommend Lily Pad Early Learning Center for any parent looking for a daycare, preschool or pre-k place for their child.
What is the enrollment process?
We begin with a personal tour to meet your family. Once a space is available, we move through application, a physical health form, and a gentle orientation day to help your child transition with ease.
How do you handle health and safety?
We maintain strict wellness policies to protect every child. Children who are unwell stay home to rest. We are a nut-aware facility and work closely with parents to manage any specific dietary or allergen needs.
Can parents visit during the day?
Yes, we maintain an open-door policy for families. We encourage participation in our community events and visits that don't disrupt the group's natural flow of play and rest.
