Michelle Zemlicka-Stalder is the passionate founder and visionary behind LilyPad Early Learning, a nurturing environment built on the belief that every child deserves a safe, loving, and enriching place to learn and grow.
As a devoted mother, Michelle understands firsthand the importance of finding quality childcare where children feel valued, supported, and encouraged. Recognizing the growing need for compassionate, high-quality early childhood education, she turned her personal experiences into a meaningful mission.
Michelle's vision for LilyPad goes beyond traditional childcare. She is dedicated to creating a welcoming environment where children can explore, build confidence, develop meaningful connections, and establish a strong foundation for lifelong learning.

Co-Director & Creative Lead
Marlena Freed is a dedicated director with a passion for early childhood education and creating a safe, nurturing, and welcoming environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
As a wife and proud momma, Marlena understands firsthand the importance of providing families with a place where their children feel loved, supported, and encouraged every day.
With a certification in Early Childhood Development, qualifications as a Site Supervisor, and safety certifications, Marlena brings valuable knowledge, leadership, and a strong commitment to the well-being of every child in her care.
Her approach to leadership is rooted in compassion, communication, and the belief that every child deserves a strong foundation for lifelong learning. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships with children, families, and staff while fostering an environment filled with creativity, kindness, and opportunities for growth.
For Marlena, early childhood education is more than a career — it's an opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of children and the families who trust her with their care.
Fun Fact: Marlena enjoys days on the dirt bike tracks with her family and watching her husband race.
